Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location.
Please note:
- During high-demand seasons, shipping may take slightly longer.
- Customs inspections may cause delays beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products and international shipping logistics, we have a limited return policy.
We accept returns only if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- You contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- You provide clear photo or video proof.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Minor cosmetic variations
- Normal wear and tear
If your return is approved, we will offer:

or - A refund (at our discretion)
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
